NORMAN, Okla. - Norman police will crack down on illegal parking during OU football games.

For the first four home games, police issued only warnings to people who were parked illegally, but that will change Saturday.

"There will be no more warnings for the park violations in those areas," Capt. Leonard Judy said. "What we will go ahead and do is issue parking citations."

A citation for illegal street parking costs $20 or $75 for illegal parking on private property. Violators also could have to pay up to $100 if they are towed away.
