Gary and Mary's Shoepeg Salad

1   12 ounce can shoepeg corn, drained

1   16 ounce can French style green beans, drained

1   8 1/2 ounce can small English peas, drained

1   cup chopped celery

1   green or red pepper, chopped

1   sweet onion, chopped

1   2 ounce jar pimentos, drained

Dressing

1/2 cup oil

1/4 cup cider vinegar

1 cup sugar

½ paprika (opt.),

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

salt to taste

Combine and cook dressing until sugar dissolves.  Cool completely and add to vegetables.
