1. Mix in a large bowl, ramen noodles, coleslaw mix, green onions, sunflower seeds, almonds and chicken.
2. In a separate small bowl, whisk together olive oil, vinegar, sugar, ginger and seasoning from ramen noodles.
3. Pour dressing mixture in large bowl and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving.
