Fire Burns At Port Of Catoosa Plant

Fire crews from Tulsa and Catoosa are dealing with a large fire at a plant at Tulsa's Port of Catoosa.

CATOOSA, OK -- Fire crews from Tulsa and Catoosa battle with a fire at a Port of Catoosa plant. Tulsa Fire Captain Michael Baker tells The News On 6 the fire was discovered at Safety Kleen just before 8:30 Friday night.

The company processes used petrochemicals. The fire is reportedly being fed by a gas line. A structure is on fire, but the 40 firefighters on the scene are also monitoring four large tanks that are nearby and at risk of igniting.
