1 pound penne pasta, cooked
1/2 head romaine lettuce, cleaned and chopped
1 red bell pepper, sliced thin
1 green bell pepper, sliced thin
1 yellow bell pepper, sliced thin
1 cup carrots, sliced
1 cup broccoli, chopped
1 cup kalamata black olives, chopped
1/2 cup capers, drained
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
1/4 cup Italian dressing
parsley to garnish
1. In a large bowl, mix all ingredients, adding the dressing last.
2. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
