INTERNATIONAL SPACE STATION (AP) -- The crew on board the International Space Station has already wished planet Earth a Happy New Year. Commander Mike Fincke and Flight Engineers Sandy Magnus and Yury Lonchakov sent the Earth their 2009 greeting from a position 220 miles above the Earth. Magnus noted that "2008 was the year the space station became international." He said their New Year's resolution for 2009 is to "increase the size of the crew onboard from three to six astronauts."
