MIDWEST CITY, Oklahoma -- A Midwest City family has won their legal battle to reverse a city ordinance against certain types of dogs.
Jerry Stuckey sued the city after he was told his Pit Bull Terriers were in violation of city ordinance. A state judge has ruled that the city's ordinance is in violation of state law.
Stuckey said he's grateful the court's ruled in his favor, but thinks the legal battle isn't over yet. Watch the featured video to see why the city is considering an appeal.
