OKLAHOMA CITY - David Anderson prays for snow.
While most Oklahomans struggled to travel on the ice-covered roads, Anderson didn't have any problems. He traded in his truck tires for a set of tires designed for work on the Alaskan pipeline.
"I just enjoy running around," he said.
