IRS Offers Free Tax Assistance

OKAHOMA CITY -- The IRS is expanding regular business hours on three Saturdays to help people file their taxes and claim the Earned Income Tax Credit free of charge.

The EITC is a refundable credit which can result in, or increase, a refund by more than $4,800 for eligible taxpayers.

For free tax help visit the IRS Tax Assistance Center in Oklahoma City or Lawton Saturday Feb. 1, Feb. 7 or Feb. 21 between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m.
