A STREET LIGHT SNAPPED AND CRASHED DOWN ONTO A CAR ON BROAD STREET IN CENTER
CITY, PHILADELPHIA.
ITS SUNROOF WAS SMASHED.
LUCKILY NO ONE WAS INJURED
