2 People Killed in Payne County Crash

CUSHING, Oklahoma -- Two people have died in a crash involving a school bus in Payne County.

Three vehicles were involved in the wreck on State Highway 33 near Cushing. There were no students on the bus. The bus driver was transported to the hospital, Oklahoma Highway Patrol Capt. Chris West said.

Troopers have closed Highway 33, just east of State Highway 18, as they work to clear the scene.
