Pizza Shop Owner Shot, Police Search for Gunmen

DEL CITY, Oklahoma -- Del City Police are investigating a shooting at the Round Up Pizza on SE 29 Street.

Witnesses told police they saw two males and one female walk into the business and heard a shot fired from inside the business. The three suspects then drove off in a Silver or White Pontiac.

The owner of the business is in the hospital with a serious gunshot wound to the stomach.

"It was just before they opened up for the day and we do anticipate hopefully quickly solving this case...making arrests," Del City police Capt. Jody Suit said.
