Gas Leak Caused Evacuation

OKLAHOMA CITY -- The Oklahoma City Fire Department responded to the scene of a gas line that was leaking Wednesday afternoon.

According to fire crews, a gas line was hit by construction crews working behind a home in the residence.

Ten homes in the area, near 826 NE 29th Street, were evacuated as a precaution, but at 2:23 residents were allowed back into their homes.

No injuries were reported.
