SIOUX FALLS, S.D. (AP) -- Most of South Dakota remains under a blizzard warning as it gets hit with the second spring storm in a week. Forecasters are calling for a foot of snow, or more, and 40 mph winds. The storm has shut down highways, and schools and businesses will be closed, too. The National Weather Service's Jeff Johnson says the new storm will not be as powerful as the one a week ago but will still "carry a punch." The storms have meant a busy time for Bill Powers and the part-time employees of his commercial snow removal business in the northern Black Hills. Powers figures he worked "about 90 hours" last week.
