UNDATED (AP) -- It's a cleanup day across parts of West Texas and the Panhandle after strong storms moved through the region. No injuries were reported. Meanwhile: -- The National Weather Service says parts of Southeast Texas faced the threat of heavy rain and thunderstorms today. -- Oncor Electric Delivery reports about 25,000 customers without power today in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Spokeswoman Carol Peters says mainly wind and lightning caused the downed power lines and outages. -- On a sports note, in Seguin (sih-GEEN') -- today's start of a softball series between Texas Lutheran University and University of Mary Hardin-Baylor was postponed. The UMHB-Howard Payne University baseball game also was rescheduled.
