Beef Shish Kabobs with Saffron Rice

Saffron Rice

1 cup rice
2 cups water
4 tsp vegetable oil
1 tsp salt
1 pinch saffron
Shish Kabobs
Beef tenderloin, cubed and rubbed with season salt
Cherry tomatoes
Olive oil


1. Place the beef cubes on skewers and the cherry tomatoes on separate skewers.
2. Place on a heated grill.
3. While the shish kabobs are grilling, take your rice ingredients and place them in a pot. Boil until rice is tender.
4. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve skewers and rice together.
