WOODWARD, Okla. (AP) -- Emergency management officials in Woodward County say the March 29 snowstorm caused an estimated $10 million in damage to homes and businesses. The spring storm dumped up to two feet of snow in some areas. Woodward County and City Emergency Management Director Matt Lehenbauer and Federal Emergency Management Agency officials developed the damage estimate.
