Woman Arrested in Oklahoma City Stabbing

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police say a 28-year-old woman has been arrested in connection with a weekend stabbing death.

Sgt. Gary Knight says Aleesa Ryder was arrested Sunday night near the scene of the stabbing at a home in northwest Oklahoma City.

Knight says officers on a welfare-check found 55-year-old James C. Devine inside the home with several stab wounds.

Devine was taken to OU Medical Center where he later died.

Knight says a motive for the stabbing has not been determined and it appears the attack was unprovoked.
