Handicapped Pets

There's a teacher in Velma, Oklahoma who brings her blind and deaf dog into her 4th grade classroom every year to teach children how to have compassion. While her dog, Hope, is there ... the students get inspired to raise money for handicapped pets, so that they will be able to walk with the help of a cart.
