NEWS 9 to Sign Off For Maintenance

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A maintenance outage will cause NEWS 9 programming to be unavailable overnight Saturday.

The station will sign off at 12:30 a.m. Sunday and will begin broadcasting again as soon as crews have finished upgrading equipment to improve NEWS 9's signal. The station should not be off-air longer than six hours.

The outage will affect all viewers even if they receive a signal from a satellite or cable company.

In the event of severe weather or another public emergency, NEWS 9 will stop the maintenance and begin broadcasting again.
