Teen Backs Vehicle into Child on Bike

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A child was struck and injured by a vehicle Monday evening, near NW 10th Street and May Avenue.

Neighbors say the 6-year-old boy was riding his bike when the vehicle backed out of a driveway and hit him. Emergency crews took the child to the hospital, where he was treated for minor injuries.

The 16-year-old driver responsible for the collision could be ticketed for driving without a license.

Oklahoma City Police are continuing to investigate the situation.
