OKLAHOMA CITY -- Two people were found dead at the Best Western on 1301 W Memorial Road Tuesday afternoon.

Oklahoma City police said a house keeper at the hotel was making her rounds when she discovered two deceased bodies in one of the rooms around 2 p.m.

"They have tried calling the room, could not get anybody to answer. The housekeeper went in, found two people with trauma to their bodies indicating it was a homicide," Oklahoma City Police Sgt. Gary Knight said.

The bodies were discovered right above where Eric Stoneroad was staying.

"You just never know. Look what I came back to. I was going to chill out for a while," said Stoneroad.

It's not known whether the guests were Oklahomans. Police are trying to determine whether a Tahoe with Tennessee plates at the hotel is connected to the two deceased people. The victims have not been identified.

Police are investigating the incident. Both bodies have been taken to the State Medical Examiner's Office.

Stoneroad, who's in town for job training is rethinking his lodging.

"It was a nice quiet hotel and I don't know what to think. Crazy...I might move now," Stoneroad said.
