Contractor Won't Give Consumer Watch Team Straight Answer

OKLAHOMA CITY -- A heating and air contractor is not giving the Consumer Watch team a straight answer.

Following a complaint, we started investigating him. He took money to put in a new unit, but never did the work. He also doesn't have the right license.

It turns out we're not the only ones wanting answers. The state is now investigating him. When we talked with him, he pinned it on his wife. So we called her, and it's the question she didn't answer that has us questioning their story. To hear it all for yourself, watch NEWS 9 at 10 tonight.
