OKLAHOMA CITY -- The truck driver responsible for the state's deadliest highway accident could face charges.
Donald Creed, 76, could face 10 counts of misdemeanor negligent homicide for causing the major wreck on the Will Rogers Turnpike Friday.
If convicted, each count would carry a maximum of one year in jail.
According to the Missouri Department of Revenue, Creed has a clean driving record and recently passed a vision test. He has been driving big rigs for 18 years.
Ten people died in the accident including a family of four, the Hooks, from Oklahoma City.
