OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Residents and business owners affected by storms that dropped a tornado on Caddo County last month may be eligible for low-interest loans through the federal government. U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator Karen Mills announced Monday that the loans of up to $200,000 are available to replace real estate damaged or destroyed in the May 13 tornado. People who had personal property damaged can apply for loans of up to $40,000. Residents and businesses in Caddo County and the neighboring counties of Blaine, Canadian, Comanche, Custer, Grady, Kiowa and Washita are eligible to apply for the loans.
