Another hot day today with temperatures climbing up into the upper 90s under mostly sunny skies. There is a slight chance to see a thunderstorm this afternoon and evening.
Temperatures will climb up to 100 for your Friday with mostly sunny skies and winds from the south at 5 to 15.
As we head into the holiday weekend a cool front will be entering the state, triggering off storms. The metro has a 30% chance of seeing storms Saturday and Sunday. The good news is lows drop down into the lower 90s and upper 80s Sunday through Tuesday.
