OKLAHOMA CITY -- A substitute teacher accused of trying to lure a student away from home with text messages and phone calls has been released from prison.

Sangbum Oh was released from the Oklahoma County jail Wednesday.

The former substitute teacher at West Moore High School was arrested last week for trying to entice a 14-year-old female student to a park.

According to a police affidavit, a detective stated, "The victim felt the defendant was suggesting they could have sex when they met. The victim felt frightened and agreed to meet the defendant, although she didn't intend on following through with the meeting."

Court documents also stated that detectives noticed more text messages on Oh's phone, which appeared to be with other children attempting to set up similar meetings.

And now that Oh is out of jail, he'll be free to go home to the Oak Place Apartments, which are right across right across the street from West Moore High School.

Oh is no longer employed by the Moore Public School District.
