NORMAN, Oklahoma -- Several teachers who filed a lawsuit against the Norman School District have dropped the suit.
Nine teachers filed the suit because the district withheld $355 in federal taxes from a $5,000 state bonus.
The state didn't send enough money to cover the taxes this year because of the state budget cuts.
The latest motion filed said the lawsuit's claims are insufficient and invalid.
