OKLAHOMA CITY -- A police chase through the metro ended with the suspect in custody.
The chase started near S.E. 59th Street and Shields Boulevard and ended just north of S.W. 59th Street on Council Boulevard after Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers spun the driver out.
Police have identified the suspect as 34-year-old Jeremy Graves. Graves has multiple prior convictions for possession of a stolen vehicle, embezzlement, assault with a dangerous weapon and concealing stolen property.
The chase began when an Oklahoma City officer tried to stop Graves on traffic charges. He took off at speeds of more than 100 mph.
It turns out the truck was stolen out of Texas. Graves went to the hospital to be checked out.
