WOODWARD, Oklahoma -- The Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation and State Medical Examiner's Office are working to determine if remains found near Fort Supply Tuesday night are that of a human.
Investigators were called out to the area Tuesday night after three teenagers found some bones while hunting. Agents went back out to the area Wednesday and recovered more small bone fragments.
The OSBI is now waiting to hear if the remains are animal or human. If the remains are human, agents said they hope to put the DNA into a special database that matches missing people to relatives.
