STILLWATER, Oklahoma -- A woman accused of killing her daughter with a methamphetamine overdose had been investigated by the Oklahoma Department of Human Services.

Linda Tucker died June 26 after being injected with drugs during a family reunion at Lake Carl Blackwell.

DHS said it had previously investigated the 15-year-old's mother, Doris Rigsby. There were claims Rigsby had used meth and that her five children were unsupervised and not attending school.

DHS said it did not remove the children from Rigsby's home because they did not find any evidence the children were in danger.

Rigsby, her boyfriend Jeffrey Phillips and the woman accused of supply the drugs, Heather Gaddis, are charged with the teen's murder.
