Quick Stir Fry

Black rice, already cooked

Onion

Garlic, chopped

Yellow bell pepper

Spinach

Carrots, sliced

Red wine

Sweet soy sauce

Add oil to hot pan. Stir in veggies, except spinach. Add rice. Add wine and soy sauce. Bring to boil. Pour veggies over spinach leaves.
