OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City Police released a report by one of the first officers on the scene where a woman was found dead last Tuesday.

Thirty-four-year-old Julie Mitchell's stepson found her dead inside their northwest Oklahoma City home a week ago.

This week, police recovered several anonymous letters detailing information in the crime that could lead detectives to her killer.

But in a report release Monday, an officer stated another officer "believed a female was the only person inside the house and that he believed her to be deceased."

Police said they do not have any suspects or persons of interest, but they did say Mitchell's husband is a bookie and the contents of that mysterious letter could be related to his work.
