OKC Man Arrested For Urinating Outside Near Civic Center

OKLAHOMA CITY -- An Oklahoma City man has been arrested for urinating in public downtown.

According to police reports, Eugene "Junebug" Eddins was caught urinating near the ice skating rink on the Civic Center front lawn.  An off-duty OCPD officer was at the rink with her children when she saw Eddins relieve himself on some nearby bushes, with his genitals clearly visible to passersby.

OCPD was dispatched to the scene and made contact with Eddins as he was walking away. The off-duty officer positively identified him and he was taken to the Oklahoma County jail.

Eddins was booked on a complaint of public indecency, but was also found to have multiple warrants for public drunk and failure to appear.
