OKC Police Release Photo Of Shooting, Kidnapping Suspect

Oklahoma City police have released a photo of a man suspected of being involved in a kidnapping and shooting in October.

OKLAHOMA CITY – Oklahoma City police have released a photo of a man suspected of being involved in a kidnapping and shooting in October.

According to police, 29-year-old Raul Garcia was shot multiple times and then he walked to N.W. 39th Street where he flagged down an off-duty police officer who he told he was taken against his will by two men who shot him.

One suspect, 33-year-old Refugio Gonzalez, was arrested in connection to the shooting later that day, but another suspect, 34-year-old Ignacio J. Macias, remains at large.

A warrant has been issued for Macias's arrest for a count each of shooting with intent to kill and kidnapping.

Anyone with information on Macias's whereabouts is asked to call 911 immediately.
