Judge Sets Trial Date For Bricktown Murder Case

Three men accused of shooting and killing a man at a Bricktown convenience store will go on trial next year.

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Three men accused of shooting and killing a man at a Bricktown convenience store will go on trial next year.

Spence Nelson, Corey Nelson and Randy Hall are charged with murder and shooting with intent to kill. Prosecutors said they shot three men in May in the parking lot of the Circle K at Reno and Lincoln avenues. The victims were found at JR'sTravel Center at 1901 E Reno Ave.

One victim later died.

A judge set a trial date for March 21, 2011.
