ENID, Oklahoma -- A Catholic church in Enid is closing its doors because of a lack of priests.
St. Gregory the Great Catholic Church will be closed later this year. The church has 500 families as members, with about 300 who are active. The church will close in June when its 75-year-old priest retires.
The outgoing Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Oklahoma City will speak to church members about the situation at Saturday and Sunday masses.
