Flourless Chocolate Cake

12 ounces bittersweet chocolate chips or bittersweet chocolate, roughly chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/4 cups sugar
1 cup of pasteurized eggs
1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup of graham crumbs

Melt the chocolate in double boiler, add the sugar eggs and mix slowly with the heavy cream

Put the crumbs in the bottom of a cake pan and pour in the mixture and refrigerate for 6 hours
