Car Slams Into Fire Hydrant At OKC Intersection

OKLAHOMA CITY -- Crews are trying to stop water from gushing into the streets after a car hit a fire hydrant at Grand Blvd. and N. May Avenue in Oklahoma City.

The driver of a minivan lost control around 11:30 Monday morning and swerved into the hydrant, sending water spewing into the air.

The Oklahoma City Police Department reported no one was hurt. Police don't know yet what caused the accident.
