Homemade Chocolate Truffles

1 lb chocolate chips (semi-sweet or your choice)

8 oz heavy cream



1. Scald cream.

2. Pour hot cream over chocolate chips.

3. Stir until chocolate is melted.

4. Chill. (3-4 hours in fridge or about 1 hour in freezer)

5. Portion chocolate as desired and roll into toppings of your choice like crushed and chopped nuts, crushed candy bars or sprinkles.
