It is that time of year as we begin to take on many peoples nemesis: Allergies!
I struggle with these. Although, I have never been officially checked for what I have, I do know what time of the year is worst for me! Right now, mine have kicked in and I will be "parrying and thrusting" over the next 7 months with whatever it is that makes my nose run, leaves me congested, or causes my skin to itch and my eyes to water.
Luckily, there are great medications these days you can get from your neighborhood pharmacy. Mine are not bad enough to need anything more than that. Thank you, Lord!
The typical seasonal pattern for allergies through the year is trees, then grasses then weeds. And they all seem to overlap as you go from one allergy season to the next!
Mold can also be a yearly problem to allergy sufferers, as well as high ozone too in the dead of summer. Mold spores can grow within your house, while the ozone aerosols are more related to stagnant air in the middle of summer. Mold typically does not like dry conditions, so it is not as bad in the winter as the spring and summer months.
I hope your allergy season is as easy on you as hope it will be on me!
