Beefy Goulash

2 pounds ground beef
1 pound elbow macaroni
2 teaspoon olive oil
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 large can tomato soup
1 large can crushed tomatoes
2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
¼ cup brown sugar
½ teaspoon ground nutmeg
2 cups cheddar cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Set aside. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add noodles. Cook till al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large stockpot over medium heat saute onions and green peppers in the olive oil. Add Italian seasonings and ground beef. Combine till mixed well and then add the tomato soup, crushed tomatoes, brown sugar, and nutmeg. Cook till it simmers. Stir in the al dente noodles.

Serve in bowls and top with grated cheddar cheese.
