OKLAHOMA CITY -- The parents charged with felony neglect after the deaths of their children in an RV fire were released from the Oklahoma County jail Monday afternoon.

Christopher and Stephanie Dunham are each charged with three counts of child neglect and one count of possession of drug paraphernalia. Their three kids -- Christopher, 4, Crystal, 3, and Kaylee, 1 -- died in January when the RV they were staying in caught fire. Investigators determined Stephanie Dunham was high on methamphetamine at the time of the fire.

The couple's bond was originally set at $151,000 but was reduced to $35,000 on Thursday, Feb. 24. They bonded out of jail Monday.

The Oklahoma County District Attorney had argued against reducing the couple's bond, saying they were a flight risk and used money from their children's memorial fund to buy a truck.

The couple will be electronically monitored, will have to submit to random drug testings and have a 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. curfew.
