OKLAHOMA CITY – A silver alert has been canceled for a missing 88-year-old Oklahoma City man.
Village Police Deputy Chief Jagosh said the man was found safe in the TX panhandle
Frank Witten had gone missing Thursday night near 2148 W. Britton Road.
The 88-year-old had a disability and police were concerned for his safety.
