Ninnekah Man Charged With Child Abuse For Throwing Dog At 7-Year-Old

NINNEKAH, Oklahoma -- A man has been charged with two counts of felony child abuse for throwing a dog at a 7-year-old.

The boy told police he was in his house in Ninnekah when his neighbor, Jeff White, walked in the door asking for the boy's mom and dad. Court records show White grabbed the boy, dragged him outside, then picked up the boy's German Shepherd by its ears and threw the dog at the boy

White claimed he asked the boy to take the dog, and when White tried to hand the dog over, the dog jumped on the boy.
