OKLAHOMA CITY -- Oklahoma City police have arrested a 16-year-old boy suspected of breaking into a man's home and killing him on February 2.
Police said the teenager and at least one other man planned to burglarize 33-year-old Jeremy McKinney's home at 3500 S. Goff. After the suspects forced their way into the home, McKinney tried to fight back. He was shot during the altercation. Both suspects got away.
Police found and arrested the 16-year-old Wednesday, March 16, in Norman. He's expected to be charged with first-degree murder.
