Luther Man Says Unknown Woman Shot At Him

LUTHER, Oklahoma -- Oklahoma County Sheriff's deputies are investigating a shooting at a home in Luther early Tuesday morning.

Deputies were called to a home in the 21000 block of N.E. 122nd Street just before 1 a.m. after receiving a call from a man who said he had been shot at.

The man told police he was inside his home when he heard someone at the front door. The man then said when he walked to the door, a woman outside armed with a handgun fired the gun at him.

Deputies found evidence of a shot being fired at the home, but the man was not injured.

The man said he did not know the woman, and only described her as a white female with blonde hair.

Deputies said they are also investigating a grass fire that burned nearby the residence of where the possible shooting took place.
