OKLAHOMA CITY -- A new reports ranks Oklahoma and Pennsylvania at the top of the list for bad bridges.
"Transportation for America" released its report on the nation's bridges Wednesday.
The report shows more than 11 percent of the country's highway bridges are "structurally deficient" by the government's standards. The group said that means more than 69,000 bridges across the U.S. are in need of urgent repairs, including more than 5,000 in Oklahoma.
Oklahoma ranked second for having the largest number of deteriorating bridges.
