Hennessey Landlord In Court, Accused Of Molesting Tenant's Daughter

HENNESSEY, Oklahoma -- A Hennessey man accused of molesting a young girl was in court Thursday facing his accuser who took the stand.

William "Bill" Hail was the landlord of a rental home the girl's family used to live in. She told authorities Hail molested her at his house and also followed her home from school and approached her at her current house.

The girl's mother said she is outraged because she's known Hail for years.

Hail's attorney said the little girl is lying and her family owes his client money.

The defense plans to present witnesses who can testify to his whereabouts on the day in question.
