OKLAHOMA CITY -- Prosecutors charged Wednesday a former Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a teenager.
Ronnie Arganbright was charged with four counts, including lewd acts with a child under 16, the use of an electronic device to facilitate sexual conduct with a minor, seduction of an unmarried female, and embezzlement.
Arganbright bonded out of jail Wednesday afternoon. His attorney says Arganbright will aggressively fight the charges.
